At PawsJoys, our priority is your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Customized items, sale items, or promotional gifts cannot be refunded, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return

We’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll offer you either a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.
