All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but you’ll always be notified by email if there’s any delay.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including:

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • France & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are average estimates — international deliveries may take longer due to customs or local carrier delays.


4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Sendcloud, La Poste, and DHL for international orders.
Each order is assigned a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website when active.


6. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your local customs office.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
